The Native New York City Bellydancer

Elektra is a Native New Yorker whose family roots back generations in the big apple. With an insatiable love for the arts, Elektra spent her childhood drawing, writing and fantasizing about being a performer on stage. She discovered Middle Eastern Bellydance in her late teens and spend years learning from the masters. She has dedicated her life to perfecting it to high standards and delivering the best in each performance. 

*Elektra is an award winning bellydancer. In 2008 she received the first place headliner of the year award for the East Coast Bellydance Classic's competitions. 

*Elektra was also the performance director of the first on going bellydance cruise line "Shimmy on the Hudson" where she produced the weekly shows. 

*Elektra has performed all over NYC in all kinds of night clubs, public venues and theaters. She has worked with countless dancers and treasures her bellydance community.
